General Info & Program Insights

  • We would like to receive guidance on dealer agreements, price per watt for loan and cash deals as well as PPA.

    Your sales manager can send our existing Price List, which is being updated currently. Once we have Dealer Agreements signed and a background check completed, we can grant you access to all of Complete Solar's Financing partner accounts to run quotes.

  • What platforms are we going to use moving forward? What guidance will we receive for this?

    We will be using a custom version of Solargraf and Solo for upfront design, proposal, quoting, and contracting. Additionally, we are integrated with third party financiers. For project management, we use a proprietary software called Albatross. Your Account Manager will provide guidance on these tools and we have a training course here for you to complete.

  • Can you please provide a list of available services? In addition to solar installations, will the company offer EV charger installations, energy efficiency audits or other home improvement services?

    This exists on our Price List, and your sales manager will be happy to walk you through it. We can send it once we execute our Dealer Agreement. In brief – we offer all standard retro-fit solar installation services, battery storage offerings, EV charger installations, and can coordinate some home improvement services like re-roofs and Main Panel Upgrades – most are listed on our price list   We do not provide energy efficiency audits nor energy efficiency services/products 

  • Will the company offer any sustainability initiatives such as solar panel buyback programs, customer resources, community partnerships, etc.?

    We are not planning on offering these services at this time.

  • Can you describe available customer support channels? Do you offer any of the following: virtual consultations, a mobile app, 24/7 customer service or system monitoring?

    If you, the dealer, can offer virtual consultations we do not have a preference so long as the customer receives a high quality consultation. Complete Solar does not have a customer facing mobile application, we partner with our manufacturing partners of choice as well as Solargraf and Solo for design/proposal services. We do have customer service, it is not 24/7 at this time.

  • What is the company's service area?

    We currently service the following states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Indiana, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Montana, North Carolina, Oregon, Ohio, South Carolina, Texas, Virginia, Washington and Wisconsin.

  • What type of Storage solutions will we be selling with Complete Solar?

    We offer Enphase 5p systems for backup and non-backup. Available in 5kWh, 10kWh, 15kWh and 20kWh (backup only).

  • What are Complete Solar's panel and inverter brands?

    All of our product offerings are listed on our Price List which we can provide to you. For panels, we will primarily be offering REC 450/460w modules, but also have other more economical (but lower wattage) options available as well. For inverters, we offer Enphase microinverters, the industry leader.

Pricing

  • Will Complete Solar be offering a PPA and Lease options?

    Yes! We do offer PPAs and Leases through our third party providers. These options are loaded into the Solo portal that you will have access to once you onboard as a dealer.

  • What is the average cost range for an 8 kW system? Can you please provide both a dollar range and cost per watt price?

    The range will vary drastically dependent upon the financing option selected, whether the project has storage attached, and frankly on what you the dealer select to earn on the project.  We have a standard redline price list with adders – this is detailed on our price list.

  • What payment options will they offer out of the following options: cash purchase, solar loans, solar leases and PPAs?

    We offer all standard solar financing options, including:   Cash purchase  Loans – primarily Goodleap, but we have other options  Leases/PPAs - primarily Lightreach but we have other options

  • Is the company planning to use in-house installation teams or contractors?

    We will be utilizing a mix of in-house installation and certified installation partners.

Warranty

  • What length warranty terms will the company offer for workmanship, performance and product warranties?

    The product warranty terms will vary by manufacturer, but we strive to only offer products with 25-year warranties. We do offer workmanship warranties and production guarantees for projects that use Cash and Loan financing options. These are 10-year workmanship and roof attachment (leak proof) guarantees and a 10-year production guarantee. For projects that use Lease or PPA options, those contracts come with full workmanship and production coverage for the entire term of the contract.
